Mom was visiting this weekend while Bryan was visiting Chicago friend and competitive eater, Tim Brown in Maine (strange, there are no pictures from that!). Mom and I went for a hike on Gile Mountain in the morning and then went to the Balloon Festival in Quechee, VT. There was lots of local color and they let you walk right up to where they were filling the balloons, much to the annoyance of the ballooners. The highlight was the “Old McDonald” balloon.
