After a very snowy winter its gardening season again! Here’s what I’ve been planting/harvesting:
asparagus (we’ve been harvesting this like crazy and I’m not sick of it yet.)
tomato (One new girl, one NE wedding, one purple variety, and one yellow cherry. No salmonella.)
eggplant (6, oriental expresss)

I must admit that I have been spending more time working on the garden than on the house. After years of volunteering at Garfield Park, I finally have a garden to call my own— and I’m loving it.
